Rick is a regional Vice President of Transform Our World (TOW). He is a member of the Corporate Executive Team, which is led by Founder and CEO, Dr. Ed Silvoso. Rick is a “fire-starter” for new TOW transformation prototypes throughout the world. He regularly speaks to pulpit leaders and their congregations, and to marketplace leaders in Business, Education and Government. He is a regular faculty member at TOW Global Conferences. Rick is a seasoned implementer and practitioner of the principles of nation transformation, which include the Five Pivotal Paradigms of Nation Transformation, Prayer Evangelism and Ekklesia. He is a visionary and encourager of transformation efforts, in which he combines extensive knowledge of the Word of God, the anointing of the Holy Spirit, 25 years of business experience and 26 years of ministry experience.

He serves as a member of the Leadership Team for Transform Our World Minnesota.

Rick has written four books, including; (1) Thank God It’s Monday! (2) The Elk River Story, (3) The Threshing Floor (which documents Minnesota’s calling as God’s threshing floor for the nation) and (4) Marketplace Miracles. Rick and Rachel live in Bloomington, MN and have 4 children and 6 grandchildren.
