CAROLINE ODA
Caroline Ward Oda is the Chancellor of the Transformation University and the author of Catch the Wave of Transformation: From the Shores of Hawaii.
Caroline taught in an inner-city middle school in California before going on to head two Christian schools in Hawaii. She also developed a seventy family self help housing community that is drug-free, alcohol-abuse free and family violence-free. The project received a Drucker award. Caroline serves on the Board of the Queens Health Systems. She has chaired the Boards of the Girl Scouts of Hawaii and the Salvation Army Pacific Region.
A graduate of Stanford and UC Berkeley, Caroline is a doctoral student in Instructional Design for Online Learning. Pastor Caroline lives in Honolulu with her husband, Francis, architect, Pastor of New Life Church, Honolulu, and Chair of the International Transformation Network. Her daughter, Nalani, is a dentist in Hawaii and her son, Reid, is completing his doctorate in computer science at Princeton.
